Reiki Energetics
Come and experience the power of Reiki, which is the universal life force energy. With our treatments by a Reiki Master, you can receive an in-person session or a distant (virtual) one. If you are local and can come into the studio, you will lie on a comfy massage table (fully clothed), and experience healing energy awakened within your body. If you are doing a distance reiki, you can get relaxed in your own environment, and our masters will send the focused, positive energy to you.
Think Chinese medicine, which uses meridians (a set of pathways in the body along which vital energy flows). In this way, your practitioner will place their healing hands over you or on you, and move over your body. If virtual, we are concentrating on you and sending you this energy via the airwaves.
This is a very relaxing treatment often accompanied by the use of essential oils to enhance the sensory and therapeutic benefits of the session.

Medical Qigong
Medical Qigong is an ancient form of Chinese energetic medicine, it involves working with a person's specific needs on balancing and harmonizing their vital Qi (Chi) or electromagnetic energy. This energy surrounds and encompasses all living creatures. Disturbances throughout our lives are found in the electromagnetic energy, they arise from poor diet, injuries, trauma, sedentary lifestyle, emotional suppression, surgery and aging to name a few. When the energetic flow of communication becomes blocked, disease can form within the body. The goal of Qigong is to open and correct these bio-energetic pathways that have led to imbalances and blockages, thereby creating harmonic flow.
